According to Hector:   I am deeply remorseful for my involvement in the charges found against me in the instance case. I am seeing commutation of my sentence for many reasons, and I make no excuses for my actions. I was wrong and admit that.  I have a loving and caring family who have stood by me throughout my incarceration and they are willing to assist me in my re-entry should I be granted mercy and the second chance to start over. I made some very selfish choices, and not only have I suffered but my family has as well, and for that I am most apologetic.

Release plan:  Mr. Marquez will be deported back to Mexico if he is granted Clemency.
